This article took as its object of study the movie 'Twelve Angry Man' directed by Lumet (1957) and Friedkin (1997). The criteria for choosing for use of this movie were based on wealth that brings their content to the social sciences, particularly for Administration, and in fact revolve around the theme 'decision making', through careful analysis of data and facts. The methodological approach is consistent with the qualitative research, method phenomenological and observational study in film analysis, based on scientific rigor and the ability to reflect on the understanding of the world and overcome the cartesian dualism. The general objective was defined as at investigating the strategy of filmic analysis in the management of educational projects, in light of the thematic decision making. The investigated question was answered by the analysis of observations protocols, and the interviews, and showing that the effectiveness of the use of film lies in simulation that distance the individual from exposure to constraint and increment of its reflection by observing the behaviors of the characters. The results have reinforced the mobilizer power of the decision-making process and confirmed that observational studies as a teaching resource constitute educational projects, either on the prospects of teaching, development, intervention, research, learning, and for that reason, have been noting in the field of Administration.
