Agile Self-Management teams: a systematic mapping about soft skills

Resumo
Some projects in Software Engineering depend significantly on the performance of his team working for the good progress of their processes. This work aims to identify behavioral skills of self-manageable teams in software development projects using Scrum. Was formalized and implemented a research protocol to conduct this systematic review of literature. In this work we identified certain characteristics of a self-manageable team plus some challenges that arise with the implementation of these teams.
