4. Descrição Resumo Constantly organizations invest in integrated management systems, better known as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), but use a low percentage of features offered. The first desire with the implementation of ERP, most often, is to integrate all the information, processes and departments of the organization. The use of ERP in the organization generates earnings management processes and contributes to the adoption of best management practices and governance, as well as formalization of existing knowledge. In the implementation process are identified several points without adhesion between the organizational process and the ERP system functionality. Due to the high cost of customization and the set schedule, numerous features are no longer implemented. A gradual implementation process can be used to improve the level of use of ERP functionality in organizations. The aim of this study is to identify the best sequence of implementation of ERP functionality in production management with the use of Delphi and AHP methods. AHP is used to prioritize features, showing which must be implemented first while Delphi is used to select the experts and identify the reasons why a feature should be deployed before another. We used this process a list of ERP functionality for production management identified in the literature, but in a deployment project can use the features listed in the ERP being used or features identified through a structured brainstorming with the method Delphi. The method used in this work can be replicated to sequence the implementation of ERP in any process or organizational department or the entire system.
