This paper reports the utilization of wireless technology in services management of a business organization. The methodology applied was based on an exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research. The case study method was used by means of data collection through a telephone interview. The implementation of the wireless technology has shown to be an interesting solution, bringing significant results concerning the aspects of productivity, operational simplicity, quality, flexibility and levels of service, convenience and cost.
